Every SaryTech module, and what each one does

This is what runs on the platform today. Start with what your company needs, and add the rest on the same platform.

Documents & licences

Every document with its status, date, papers and renewal history

Each company starts from a ready catalogue of Saudi company documents and adds its own document types.

  • Each company keeps its own document types, starting from a ready Saudi catalogue with the issuing body, the papers usually needed and a suggested reminder period
  • Status of every record at a glance: valid, expiring soon, expired
  • Reminder periods per document type; issue date and issuing body on each record
  • Renewal requests: open one per document, tick off the required papers, enter fees and attach the new document. Another person checks it, and a second approval is required above a fee amount the company sets
  • Renewing keeps the previous term and its file as history
  • A page per branch showing everything expired or due there, including vehicle papers and employee documents
  • Files stored privately, opened only by those allowed to see them
Alerts & reminders

The right reminder, to the right person, on time

No date depends on one person’s memory: each user receives only what concerns them.

  • A morning email digest for each user, covering only what they are allowed to see
  • An in-app notification bell
  • Document reminders go to the responsible person and escalate to their manager if nothing happens
  • Leave and requests left waiting get reminders, then go to the administrators
  • Delegation: someone covering for a colleague for a date range receives what would have waited on them
  • Messages from the platform appear in the bell and as a banner
People (HR)

A complete file for every employee

Each employee’s documents, contract, manager and department in one place, with every expiry tracked.

  • Employee files with their documents (iqama, passport and the like) and expiry tracking
  • Employment contracts: fixed or indefinite, probation, renewal and end, with a reminder to document them on Qiwa
  • Departments, line managers and an org chart
  • A management overview of the whole company
Attendance

Attendance counted the way your company works

Employees clock in themselves, or you import punches from attendance-device files, then your company’s rules apply.

  • Employees clock in and out themselves; optionally only within a set radius of their work locations
  • Import punches from attendance-device spreadsheets (CSV/Excel) with a preview before anything is saved
  • Shifts and schedules, lateness and absence penalties, overtime rules, all optional per company
  • Daily and period reports, exported to Excel
Leave

Leave with clear balances and a known approval path

Employees know what a request will cost before sending it, and managers know what is waiting for them.

  • Leave types and balances; the employee sees what a request will cost before sending it
  • Approval by the line manager or through a multi-step approval chain
Employee requests

Every request with its path and its history

Letters, advances, expenses, custody, attendance corrections and other types the company defines.

  • Letters (including salary certificates), advances with repayment schedules, expenses, custody, attendance corrections, and other request types the company defines
  • Approval chains of several steps; an approver may approve a lower amount than asked
  • One history of every request
Payroll

A monthly payroll run, with its checks

Attendance, overtime and deductions flow into the run, and someone other than its preparer approves it.

  • Salaries and monthly payroll runs, with attendance, overtime and deductions flowing in
  • The person who prepared a run cannot approve it
  • Payslips as PDF files in Arabic, English or both, with the company logo and the Hijri date
  • Advances deducted on their repayment schedule
E-signatures

Send a document, collect signatures, keep the signed copy

Choose who signs and where, and follow the document until it is complete.

  • Send a document for signature, place signature, stamp and date boxes, set who signs
  • Saved signatures, company stamps with named holders, copies (CC) and reminders
  • Employees without an account sign through an emailed link and a 6-digit code
  • The signed copy is kept with the document
Fleet

Every vehicle with its papers, maintenance and cost

Each vehicle’s status and details, what is spent on it, and what is coming due.

  • Vehicle documents and driver authorisations, with reminders
  • Maintenance plans (by months or kilometres), service providers and work orders
  • Fuel and other expenses; figures for availability, cost per vehicle and per km, km per litre
